We’ll surrender all our nutty ideas about  “making art”, and let the colors, brushes and our own intuitive acquifer flow onto the page.  Again and again coming back to “not knowing” and practicing trusting the guidance, the feelings, the energy.  

No experience with “art” needed.  Think of how we were as toddlers… we could draw or paint anything and relish the fun of it.  Like that.  Except all the inner judgements that arise get to be danced with (that’s where I come in) in a truly unique way.  

Sometimes it feels like a tantrum on the page.  Sometimes it’s a sensual delight.  Sometimes it’s a refuge, an oasis where fears about the world, “the news”, personal challenges etc. can be released and transformed into unimaginable images and gestures.  Sometimes it soothes like a meditation, quietly deepening contact with authentic self.
